Sports and fitness have been a constant source of passion in my life. A few years after the birth of my 4th child, I completed my 9th Boston Marathon.
My interest in gyms, running and training dissipated after a difficult time in my life. A dear friend brought me to a yoga class, and I was hooked!
After years of "pounding pavement" and logging hours in a gym, the challenge of a new form of exercise was daunting. . My perception of yoga vs. the reality of the practice has been a life changing experience. Most importantly, it has enhanced every aspect of my life. For anyone who is seeking to develop a stronger body, a faster running gait, a better golf swing, or simply a renewed sense of being, yoga is for you.

I recently completed Levels 1 and 2 Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste, founder of The Baptiste Power Yoga Institute.
