Christine Walker has been a professional stylist for over seven years, using hair as her canvas, bringing a distinctive aesthetic and fresh approach to draw out each clients unique beauty.
She started her training at Portsmouth Beauty School of Hair Design located in the historic seaside town of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. After completing her training, Christine waited no time and started work at 6 Degrees a Unique Salon in downtown Portsmouth. To further her artistic techniques she relocated to Stratham, New Hampshire.
Currently Christine is the owner of The Beauty Company by Christine in Fremont, New Hampshire. Christine is not only certified colorist in both L'Oreal and Wella, but also an expert makeup artist with Temptu airbrush system. Additionally, she is also newly certified in Hair Treats Extensions, and Keratin Complex Smoothing.
Christine Walker brings both passion and professionalism to the industry and has recently honed her skills to the wedding world; repeatedly being featured in both The Knot and 2014 cover of New Hampshire Wedding Magazine.

I am a fully insured airbrush makeup artist and photographer based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

I have over 15 years’ experience in makeup artistry and over 2 years in photography.

My makeup career has given me the opportunity to work with many different photographers, companies and other makeup artists, broadening my knowledge within the industry.

I have worked on multiple high fashion shows with different designers in London and the Goodwood Revivals, different hair salons for their promotional shoots and local theatres where I airbrushed the actors in the Wizard of Oz, which then lead to work with Children In Need. I have also provided makeup designs for theatre productions.

Over the years, I found my love for photography too and the only thing that was stopping me from doing it sooner was actually having a camera to work with. Now I’ve got my hands on one, there is no stopping me!
